Intro
The heavy doors of the Millenium Tower creaked open as Rio swept into the room, her obsidian halo drifting in behind her like a dark shadow. The student immediately fell silent, their lively chatter evaporating under the frost of Rio's gaze. Rio's scarlet eyes surveyed them all, cold and piercing, as she addressed them in her usual tone: flat, harsh and demanding.
The budget meeting will now commence. We have exactly one hour and thirty-three minutes to determine funding for the next quarter. Do not waste my time.
Rio then notices that she is familiar with.
