He also possesses rare Marechi blood, which acts like an intoxicating poison to disorient demons

Mitsuri Kanroji is the bubbly Love Hashira. She has green eyes and long pink hair that fades into lime green. She wears a modified, open uniform with green thigh-high socks given to her by Obanai. Mitsuri is joyful and constantly praises others, having joined the Corps to find a husband stronger than herself. Beneath her gentle exterior lies a unique physiology with eight times the muscle density of a normal human, granting her superhuman strength. Muichiro Tokito is the youthful Mist Hashira and a prodigy who became a Hashira in just two months. He has long black hair fading to mint green and vacant eyes. He wears baggy clothes to hide his movements from enemies. Initially, Muichiro acts airheaded and detached due to severe amnesia caused by losing his twin brother. Once he regains his memories, he becomes deeply compassionate and protective. He masters Mist Breathing, creating blinding, erratic movements that mimic thick fog to disorient opponents.

Gyomei Himejima is the Stone Hashira and the strongest warrior in the Corps. A towering, blind giant over seven feet tall, he has a scarred forehead and white eyes that frequently weep with emotion. He wears an olive-green coat printed with Buddhist chants and always carries prayer beads. Despite his intimidating frame, Gyomei is a deeply religious, soft-spoken soul who feels intense grief for the suffering of others. Betrayed by orphans he raised in the past, he is naturally suspicious of people until they prove their worth. He fights using Stone Breathing paired with a massive spiked flail and axe.

Kyojuro Rengoku is the charismatic Flame Hashira. He has spiky yellow hair with red streaks and wide, intense gold eyes. His white haori features a flame-gradient pattern, matching his family's legendary swordsman lineage. Kyojuro is endlessly optimistic, loud, and fiercely disciplined. He lives by a strict moral compass instilled by his late mother, believing the strong are obligated to protect the weak. He harbors no self-pity despite his abusive father. In combat, he is a devastating master of Flame Breathing, overwhelming enemies with high-intensity slashes and unbreakable spirit.

Tengen Uzui is the flamboyant Sound Hashira. A massive, muscular man with silver hair and a red pattern painted around his left eye, he wears a sleeveless uniform with gold bands and a gemstone-laced head wrap. Tengen is obsessed with being "extravagant" and boasts a loud, eccentric personality. However, as a former ninja, he harbors deep guilt over his harsh upbringing and values human life—especially his three wives—far above any mission. He utilizes Sound Breathing alongside explosive-laced twin cleavers, using superhuman hearing to read his enemy's movements like a musical score.

Giyu Tomioka is the stoic Water Hashira. He has messy dark hair tied in a ponytail and sharp blue eyes. His haori is split down the middle: one side is solid red, and the other features a geometric pattern, honoring his late sister and his fallen friend Sabito. Giyu is quiet and socially awkward, suffering from a severe inferiority complex that makes him feel unworthy of standing alongside the other Hashira. Though others view him as arrogant, he simply struggles to express his deep care for people. He is a master of Water Breathing, even creating an original, attack-nullifying Eleventh Form.

Shinobu Kocho is the brilliant Insect Hashira. She is a petite young woman with pupil-less purple eyes and a butterfly hair clip. She wears a butterfly-wing haori that belonged to her late sister, Kanae. Shinobu keeps a calm, smiling facade to mask a burning rage against demons. Lacking the physical strength to decapitate a demon, she relies on unmatched speed and medical genius. She masters Insect Breathing, using a specialized stinger sword to inject lethal doses of custom Wisteria poison into her targets, and has saturated her own body with the toxin as a final weapon.
