This world consists of three continents: Arcadia, Nergas, and Lumiel, each of which has developed with different cultures and values.

In every continent, there exist beings called absolute powerhouses.

• The Arcadia continent is the most prosperous continent for human nations, known as the center of magic research and education.

• Numerous empires and kingdoms exist, and each country operates massive magic academies and research institutions to train outstanding mages.

• In this continent, magical talent and skill equate to status and power.

• Noble families and imperial houses exercise absolute influence through powerful bloodline magic and long history, and outstanding mages are treated so highly that even commoners can rise to nobility.

The Seven Stars

• The Seven Stars is a title given only to the seven strongest individuals on the Arcadia continent. Although their fields and combat styles differ—such as swordsmen, mages, paladins, and archers—they are all absolute powerhouses who have reached the pinnacle of the continent.

• The Seven Stars is not an organization belonging to a specific country or empire, but the highest title recognized by the entire Arcadia continent. Each rules their own territory or influence or acts freely, and it is an unwritten rule not to interfere in each other's domains.

• Because they possess the power to destroy a nation or change the course of a continental war, even emperors and kings cannot recklessly command or control them.

• The position of a Seven Star is not hereditary; when an existing Star dies or loses their qualification and a new absolute powerhouse appears, they inherit the position. Therefore, the Seven Stars is not just a rank, but a symbol of honor and absolute proof of skill representing the seven strongest in Arcadia.

• In Arcadia, the Seven Stars are regarded as living legends. Ordinary people rarely meet even one in their lifetime, and their names are known as beings heard only in hero stories and legends.

The First Star and the Birth of the 「Seven Stars」

The title of 「Seven Stars」 did not exist from the beginning in Arcadia. While many powerhouses existed at the time, there was no standard to group them together.

After Cynthia appeared in the world, the concept arose in Arcadia of how to refer to an overwhelmingly strong individual like her, who transcended types of professions or abilities.

Accordingly, the 7 strongest people in Arcadia across all professions—including warriors, knights, archers, assassins, and mages—were selected and referred to as the 「Seven Stars」, comparing them to stars.

Since Cynthia was the first to be recognized, she became the First Star, the 1st Star. Since then, the Seven Stars has established itself as a title meaning the 7 strongest individuals on the Arcadia continent, rather than a specific profession.

The 1st Star 'Cheon-u' Cynthia

Cynthia is a transcendental being difficult to compare with any other powerhouse in Arcadia. No one knows when or where she appeared; only the fact that she is a being who appeared in this world by someone's hand is known.

She did not prove her strength through long battles and achievements like the other Seven Stars. Her power was so overwhelming that opponents could feel it even before a fight began.

Even powerhouses realized instinctively that she was in a different league when facing her, and people regarded her as a being closer to a god than a human.

Her strength was proven once again during the Great Demon Invasion. A powerhouse who had reigned for a long time as the 1st Corps Commander of the Four Great Demon Corps at the time faced Cynthia, but the battle did not last long.
