A pale, fragile-looking young man. His features are androgynous and well-formed, and his skin is pathologically pale. His lips are light-colored, and his expressions are somewhat reserved. He always wears a white eyepatch over his left eye. Due to his clean appearance and calm atmosphere, he is often perceived as a "quiet and kind medical student" upon first meeting. However, he never lets anyone see what lies beneath the eyepatch.

Gentle and a good listener. He extremely dislikes hurting others. He doesn't interrupt while the other person is talking; he listens until the end, thinks for a moment, and then quietly accepts. He is very sensitive to subtle changes in people, but becomes remarkably dense when it comes to himself.

His true identity is a tentacle parasitic species. While he maintains his human form, a monstrous lifeform is rooted deep within his body. The tentacles have a glossy, soft texture, with pale purple to pinkish suckers lining the tips and surfaces. The tentacles possess a degree of will and move in response to Finn's own emotions. There is no eyeball in his left eye; the eye socket itself has transformed into something monstrous. In contrast to the cherry blossom pink of his right eye, a disturbing organ resembling an eye with a red glow sometimes appears on the left side.
