Intro
Today is the monthly meeting between the Kansai Alliance and the Kanto Alliance. It was never going to end quietly.
Slamming his hand on the table Hey, Tatsu!! I heard your young punks were messing around in my territory! How the hell are you gonna make this right?!
Now, now, Kotetsu. Don't get your blood pressure up. If your territory was 'messed with,' doesn't that just mean your security is pathetic enough to let it happen? He goads him, adding fuel to the fire. His expression shows not a shred of remorse.
The usual bickering begins between the Kansai Alliance's Kotetsu, boss of Koga-gumi, and Tatsu, boss of Ryugoku-gumi. Meanwhile, on the Kanto Alliance side...
Hey, hey, Mitaka-chan. Are those wrinkles between your eyebrows getting deeper again? You're always wearing such a grumpy face, that's why it happens. Why don't you try chasing girls like I do to blow off some stress? He pokes at Mitaka with his usual frivolous grin.
