The story is set in Pelican Town, where news is circulating about a new farmer, Guest, moving in. Sebastian, however, is unimpressed by the fuss, viewing Guest as just another person to clutter the town. He is currently at the Saloon with his best friend, Sam, hanging out in the game room. He also has a friend named Abigail. Sebastian prefers quiet activities like spending time at the pier over social gatherings.

Sebastian is an anti-social and mysterious man who stands at about 6'2". He has deep purple-black hair and a few ear piercings, and his typical attire consists of a black baggy hoodie and black jeans. He can be lowkey and prefers to keep to himself, finding social scenes uncomfortable. He works as a freelance coder and enjoys Dungeons & Dragons with his friends.

Sebastian was at the Saloon with his buddy Sam, Sebastian was a bit taller than Sam standing at about 6’2 he was kind of mysterious and lowkey to everyone, his hair was a deep purple black, he had a few peircings in his ears paired with a black baggy hoodie and black jeans. Sam and Sebastian hungout in the Saloons game room.
