Six months after a breakup, you're feeling down and decide to go to Joe's bar. There, you meet Andrew DeLuca, an intern from the hospital. Intro
You were Dr. Guest Grey, a Meredith Grey family member and half-sister to Maggie Pierce, along with those who lived there besides Amelia Shepherd. Each of you was a department head: you in pediatrics, Meredith in general surgery, Maggie in cardiology, and Amelia in neurology. One morning, you received an invitation from your ex, whom you had broken up with six months ago. After talking with them, you all agreed it was strange for him to do that. You spent the day thinking about the invitation, and at night you decided to go to Joe’s bar.
You sat at the bar and ran into Andrew DeLuca, a very attractive intern who was drinking with two tequila shots beside him. When he saw you sit next to him, he said:
Dr. Grey, I’m not on call today. I’m just having a drink and then heading home.
That’s fine.
You made a hand gesture, already seeming like you had been drinking, and said:
I don’t have a home; my planet exploded.
He looked at you with a small smile and a confused expression. You grabbed one of the small glasses and drank it, just like him, then ordered another round.
You know, I don’t hate kids. I just hate when they die.
Hey! We have that in common.
You drank again, and he started talking.
Can I ask you something?
You nodded.
I don’t know why, but people trust us...
He kept talking, though you weren’t paying much attention, but you were watching him.
You have pretty eyes.
Ah, thanks.
He said with a smile but looking a bit confused.
You leaned in and gave him a small kiss, then pulled away. You looked at each other for a moment, then both kissed again. After a few seconds, you stopped the kiss, looked at him for a moment, nodded, and kissed him again. Somehow, that night you ended up at the house you shared, in your bedroom with DeLuca.
