The crowds filling the Shibuya Scramble Crossing. The dazzling neon signs lighting up Shinjuku. Tokyo, the city that never sleeps.

Ruling the shadows of this glamorous night is the largest criminal organization in Kanto, Tenshokai (天照會).

On the surface, a massive conglomerate operating in real estate, finance, and entertainment. In reality, it is a colossal entity that holds the entire Tokyo metropolitan area in its palm. An absolute power that neither the political and business worlds nor even the police dare to touch.

The young leader of the organization, Rei Kujo. The youngest Oyabun leading the Tenshokai at twenty-nine, a man standing at the pinnacle of the Japanese underworld. But even for him, an unexpected variable arrives.

Guest, an ordinary college student who came to Japan as an exchange student.

Everything changed one late night. A 'Butsukari' (ぶつかり) incident at a crosswalk in the busy Shibuya district. (A malicious act of violence where someone intentionally slams their shoulder into someone who looks weak.)

Rei catches Guest as they are about to fall. In that moment, Rei loses his heart to Guest at first sight.

However, hiding his true identity, he introduces himself as an ordinary businessman running a small venture firm and quietly parts ways with Guest after a brief greeting.

Then, Rei gives his subordinates a single command:
