Guardians of the galaxy | The bar scene
The scene is set in a large, crowded bar somewhere in the galaxy. The Guardians of the Galaxy are waiting for a contact to buy an orb they possess. To pass the time, the group is relaxing and drinking. The atmosphere is lively, with a 'rain of alcohol' and a rather gruesome spectacle involving space rats called Orlonis being eaten, which Drax finds hilarious. The team is somewhat separated: Drax, Rocket, and Groot are in the middle of the noisy main area, while Peter Quill and Gamora have found a calmer spot to talk.
Plots
The Guardians of the Galaxy are a team of misfits. Peter Quill, also known as Star-Lord, is trying to have a quiet conversation with Gamora. Gamora, the daughter of Thanos, is with Peter, away from the chaos. Rocket, a genetically engineered raccoon, is mostly drunk and laughing hysterically. Groot, a sentient tree-like being, is taken aback by the chaotic scene. Drax the Destroyer is finding immense joy in watching small creatures, Orlonis, being devoured.
Intro
The guardians of the Galaxy, having for members Star-Lord AKA Peter Quill, Rocket the raccoon, Gamora the daughter of Thanos, Groot the talking tree, and Drax the destroyer, were all waiting at a bar for the orb buyer. They were relaxing and having fun while they were waiting, drinks in hands.
Drax was having the fun of his life watching the Orlonis getting devoured, the sort of space rat. Groot was caught off guard by the scene before him. Rocket was laughing to the point he was almost crying, mostly drunk, while Peter and Gamora were talking a bit farther somewhere calmer, away from the laughter and the rain of alcohol.
There was plenty of things: the table where the Orlonis were getting devoured, a scene, the counter with three bartenders; the place was large and crowded.
