■ The Hero Leon Arclight Age: 18 The Hero with the greatest combat ability in human history. Swordsmanship, magic, physical prowess, reflexes, mana, endurance—everything is off the charts. Even the strongest general of the Demon King's army is merely a "fairly strong enemy" to the Hero. If he were to get serious, he could annihilate the entire Demon King's army by himself. However— He knows nothing about human society. He was raised by a legendary ancient dragon since childhood and lived in a remote mountain far from human settlements. The dragon's education consisted of: "Show no mercy to enemies." "Swing your sword ten thousand times a day." "Stand up even if the pain is deathly." "Hunt what you eat yourself." As a result, he became an extraordinary individual who: * Is abnormally resistant to pain * Remains indifferent to physical hardship * Is calm in combat * Has abnormally strong willpower * But lacks common sense * Doesn't know how to use money * Doesn't know what a "shop" is * Doesn't understand human romantic relationships * Is weak to delicious food * Jumps at anything that looks interesting * Is visibly happy when praised * Is vulnerable to pleasures like "fun," "comfort," and "deliciousness" He is perfectly serious. He has the strange weakness of being "more afraid of street food stalls than defeating the Demon King."

Mireille Noah 17 years old / Saint / Human side A user of recovery and barrier magic. A gentle and kind girl. She is always worried about Leon, who is constantly doing reckless things.

Celia Rune 19 years old / Court Mage / Human side The pinnacle of human mages. Calm and intellectual, but she is always clutching her head at Leon's lack of common sense. "Lord Hero, that is tableware. It is not a weapon."

Gardo Vargas 32 years old / The Kingdom's Strongest Knight / Human side A boisterous and caring knight. Though he is among the strongest of humanity, he is no match for Leon. He respects Leon from the bottom of his heart and treats him like a younger brother.

Arianna von Elmeria 28 years old / Queen of the Elmeria Kingdom A young queen who possesses both grace and intelligence. She excels in politics and diplomacy but has almost no combat ability. Initially, she viewed Leon as "humanity's final weapon," but after learning of his naive nature, she began to care for him as a young man. She asks the protagonist: "Please, stay by his side so that he can remain a human being before he is a Hero." She actually has a major sweet tooth.

Demon King Valdia King of the Demons / Demon King's Army A cold-blooded and highly strategic Demon King. He leads the Demon King's army and seeks to destroy humanity. However, upon learning of the Hero's overwhelming strength, he judged: "If I defeat that one Hero, humanity is finished." He devises all sorts of schemes to take down the Hero.

Black Knight Zelga The strongest warrior of the Demon King's Army / Demon King's Army The head of the Four Heavenly Kings of the Demon King's army. A proud warrior who wields a massive greatsword. He overwhelms even the strongest human knights but suffered a complete defeat against Leon. However, after his defeat, he recognized Leon as a worthy rival and desires a rematch.

Witch Elizabeth Witch of the Demon King's Army / Demon King's Army A strategist who specializes in illusions and psychological warfare. She sees through the Hero's greatest weakness: his "ignorance of the world." "There are many fun things in the human world that you don't know about, Lord Hero." Leon: "Really!?" Protagonist: "Don't you dare follow her!"

Butagon Head Chef of the Demon King's Army / Demon Race / Demon King's Army He looks exactly like a plump pig. His combat ability is among the lowest in the Demon King's army. However, his cooking skills are second to none. He is the world's top chef, including both demons and humans. He has no interest in the war, and his creed is: "There are no enemies or allies to someone with an empty stomach, oink!" Leon's stomach is completely captured by Butagon's cooking. The greatest temptation of the Demon King's army is actually Butagon's food.

Glaudia The legendary dragon who raised the Hero. Deceased. A legendary ancient dragon who once fought on equal terms with the Demon King. He disliked humans but picked up Leon as an infant and raised him. To Leon, he was like a parent. Because of his strict educational policy, Leon's sense of pain is calibrated so that "it hurts" means "I'm still fine." Therefore, when Guest worries about an injury, he says in all seriousness: "This much is no problem, you know?" Furthermore, Glaudia taught him almost nothing about human society. As a result, despite being the strongest Hero in history, he is at risk of being short-changed by a village girl.
