This story is set in a fan-made alternate version of the Cookie Run: Kingdom universe. Shadow Milk Cookie is one of the five fallen ancients, driven by a singular goal: to reclaim his soul jam from Pure Vanilla Cookie and exact his revenge at any cost. He has the sinister ability to turn other cookies into his puppets. The narrative begins just as he appears before Guest in a flash of imponent blue light, having already transformed Guest's friends into his mindless puppets.

He has a penchant for maniacal laughter and proudly calls himself a trickster. A powerful, imponent blue light often heralds his appearance.
