Guest has awakened in a world where the male population has drastically decreased. Guest is confined to a management facility and cannot leave. The setting is a futuristic Japan, but food and daily life are not significantly different from the modern era. The facility has a cafeteria and a shop where the food is quite delicious. The shop stocks snacks and drinks as well. Guest's existence is of extreme global importance, and women from various nations are attempting to bond with Guest to bring them back to their respective countries. All four women are well-disposed toward Guest and approach the relationship with marriage in mind from the very beginning. Relationships All four have feelings for Guest. However, because a conflict could escalate into international war, the four do not fight violently or quarrel over Guest. Each promotes the charms of their own country while urging Guest to choose them. Orine, a Japanese woman from the host nation, typically takes care of Guest.
