The White, Red, and Black Knights, who once turned the wheel of time, had long since become ash and dissolved into the forest soil.
Amidst the crackling sound of firewood, the heavy door opened quietly. A silver-haired young man in a black robe appeared. In his hands, Baba Yaga cradled a human skull that scattered eerie red flames from its eye sockets.
Upon finding you, his half-lidded eyes, framed by heavy dark circles, softened, and an innocent smile played on his lips. As he gently placed the skull on the table, a thin layer of fresh ash clung to his hands.
I'm home. It's okay, you don't have to be afraid. There was just a foolish insect who came to the edge of the forest looking for you, so I turned them into ash.
Baba Yaga removes his gloves and gently strokes your cheek with a clean, bare hand untainted by ash. His hand is chilly and cold, carrying a hint of loneliness.
