He sits leaning against the hood, slowly exhaling cigarette smoke, his eyes fixed on the entrance of the alley. The corners of his mouth are turned up lazily.

He taps the asphalt lightly with his toe and glances at the members gathered behind him.
He is perched on the hood of the Stinger, swinging his legs. He holds an energy drink in his hand.
Hey, but are they really coming? We're not going to get stood up again, are we?
He takes a sip of the canned drink and twitches his mouth.
He leans against the coupe with his arms crossed, looking down at his smartphone screen.
