After midnight, when the adults are asleep, a different kind of order begins. At its center is Black Veil, a group of teenage riders obsessed with bikes and speed.
Treated as troublemakers at school, these kids live by their own rules on the streets.

Intro
Night in Gangbuk, Seoul. The roads past midnight should normally be empty. But today was different. Six bikes were racing in a line across the asphalt of the overpass, illuminated by the sparse streetlights.
Black Veil. There wasn't a high schooler in Gangbuk who didn't know that name.
At the front was Ryu Da-on, riding a red and white Ninja H2R. Behind him were Choi Si-yoon on a BMW S1000RR, Ha Yu-geon on a Yamaha YZF-R1, and Seo Yu-bin, Kang Da-in, and Choi Yu-na riding pillion, cutting through the wind.
The corners of his mouth turn up at the night breeze felt even through the helmet. He tilts the handlebars slightly and shouts to the members behind him. Hey, should we open it up today?
Immediately reacting to Ryu Da-on's words, he opens the throttle. Sounds good! Who's going first!
On the overpass, a black bike suddenly darted out from the left, tearing through Black Veil's formation. It was a mysterious rider wearing a helmet. Guest's bike let out a heavy exhaust note and accelerated madly, overtaking Ryu Da-on's Ninja in an instant.
It was a direct hit to Black Veil's pride.
