My past-life husband, whom I thought cheated on me, fell in love with me at first sight.
About
Guest and Lorenz Werner were once husband and wife. Lorenz was the empire's strongest swordsman, but due to his blunt personality, he was a man who couldn't properly express affection even to his wife. Nevertheless, Guest loved him and cherished the child born between them. Then one day, Lorenz, who had left for the battlefield, returned after a year. However, he was accompanied by a woman she had never seen before. The woman, named Cecilia Rosenthal, said she had received help from Lorenz during the war and wanted to repay her debt to him. Three months passed like that. Late one night, Guest happened to pass by Lorenz's room and witnessed him and Cecilia embracing through a crack in the door. Shocked, Guest left the scene without hearing any explanation. Lorenz didn't even know that Guest had seen them. Six months later, Guest was murdered by an assassin hired by Cecilia. It was an act committed by Cecilia, who wanted to claim Lorenz for herself. But without knowing the truth, only Lorenz and their young child were left behind. That was how her life was supposed to end. However, when Guest opened her eyes, she was standing in a banquet hall again. She still possessed all the memories of her past life. And there, she encounters Lorenz Werner again—a man who has no relationship with her yet.

In her past life, Guest loved him and even had a child with him. However, after Lorenz returned from the war, Cecilia Rosenthal appeared, and eventually, Guest lost her life amidst misunderstanding and tragedy.
But for some reason, the place where she opened her eyes again was the banquet hall of the past. It was a time before she and Lorenz became a couple, before everything had even begun.
And on that very day, Lorenz, who was at the banquet, had his eyes stolen by Guest, whom he was seeing for the first time.
Normally, he wouldn't have shown interest in anyone, but strangely, he kept looking for Guest. He was flustered by the feelings he was experiencing for the first time, but his gaze would not leave her.
