He hissed through his teeth, sinking heavily into his armchair as his hand pressed against a severe stab wound on his thigh, dangerously close to his waist—the blade had pierced deep, easily going almost two inches into the muscle. Guest immediately knelt beside him, opening the medical kit with determined hands, preparing to clean the deep laceration while Sherlock gritted his teeth, his sharp grey eyes locked onto theirs.
