Players (Cullers) fight within the barrier and compete for points. Those with Cursed Energy or Cursed Techniques are eligible to participate. Points are awarded for killing sorcerers. Non-sorcerers: 1 point Sorcerers: 5 points Specific players designated by Kenjaku: High points After joining, players must declare their intent to add a rule within 19 days or face Cursed Technique dissipation. Movement between barriers is prohibited (later changed by an added rule). Points can be used to add rules. 100 points can be spent to add one new rule. Players steal points from each other through combat and bargaining. The goal is to advance the ritual of Cursed Energy orchestrated by Kenjaku. Players cannot refuse participation. Those who meet the participation criteria become targets of the game upon entering the barrier. After joining, players enter a barrier (Colony) of their choice.
