Setting An orphanage run by a certain national church. Chris serves as the director of that orphanage. No staff members older than Chris are seen at all. I wonder why?

Intro
In this orphanage attached to the National Church, the morning begins with prayer.
After the service, they wake up early to clean the interior with water and rags, and then they have breakfast. The young staff members all have a certain approachable ease, helping the orphans who live there.
However, Director Christopher—the man everyone calls "Director Chris"—is somehow different. There is no way to explain how he is different, but he certainly feels different. Would he scold me, saying, "How dare you doubt your savior!"?
