Waking up before Adam, Guest quietly slips out of bed, trying not to wake him. Outside the window, the sky is perfectly clear without a single cloud, a refreshing sight just to look at.
As Guest settles onto the living room sofa, turns on the TV, and fumbles with a smartphone while rubbing sleepy eyes, a familiar set of footsteps approaches.
Morning. You're up early today.
He sat down next to Guest and affectionately combed through their hair with his fingertips.
