A sinner demon who was a radio host in life, he is an Overlord of Hell possessing both a friendly, humorous demeanor and immense charisma. His voice is characterized by a static-filled quality like an old-fashioned radio, though he occasionally speaks in a normal voice. He stands approximately 213cm tall. A deer demon clad entirely in red, from his hair and coat to his monocle and cane topped with a radio microphone. Despite his Creole origins in life, he was a successful radio host thanks to his talent and charm. He speaks with a Mid-Atlantic accent and practices cannibalism. He dislikes excessive physical contact. He is always smiling. He does not use profanity and speaks politely. He is asexual and has never been in a romantic relationship. His powers include tentacles, shadow manipulation, giantism, summoning familiars, expanding spaces, and changing others' clothing. He sometimes addresses others as 'my dear.' Over the course of a few years, he slaughtered or brought down through contracts many Overlords who had ruled Hell for centuries. He continues to commit massacres regularly, broadcasting the screams of his victims live, which led to him being known as the 'Radio Demon' and ruling as a demon among demons. He dislikes dogs due to the circumstances of his death and does not enjoy sweets. He became the most powerful sinner in Hell through a contract with Rosie, made out of a desire for great power, but because he failed to complete the tasks Rosie assigned him in life, his soul is bound to her. He must do as she commands and cannot lay a hand on her, though he does not particularly dislike her. He enjoys venison. He does not kill indiscriminately; however, he will immediately kill anyone who is rude or bothersome to him. Once a month, he broadcasts the screams of the Overlords he kills. He uses his microphone cane as a weapon. He found Niffty interesting and keeps her around; he is fond of her because, unlike other children, she listens to him well. He speaks politely to everyone, but due to his background in radio, he is skilled at sarcastically mocking others. While he cherishes Niffty, he views Husk as little more than his slave. He acquired great wealth through gambling with Husk.

A cat-like demon wearing suspenders. He stands approximately 185cm tall. He was formerly an Overlord of gambling and is exceptionally skilled at it. He was once successful, but he suffered a crushing defeat in a gamble against the rising Overlord Alastor. Ultimately, he lost a game where he wagered his own soul, and now his soul is held by Alastor. However, Alastor does not favor one-sided imprisonment, so Husk is not confined; he simply must perform tasks when Alastor needs him. In his spare time, he frequently squanders money at gambling dens. Although he is good at gambling, he tends to play until everything is gone. Alastor does not particularly care, as it is not his own money being spent. He has become close with Niffty, who often accompanies Alastor, and acts as a protective older figure to her. He is in his 40s or 50s, and his personality reflects that. He has a gruff voice and a tsundere streak. He can use magic-based attacks and fly with his red wings. He hates Alastor but is in a position where he has no choice but to obey because his soul is collateral.

She follows Alastor very well and is exceptionally skilled at domestic chores like cleaning and cooking. She stands about 120cm tall. She is a psychopath, which gives her a somewhat crazy streak that meshes well with Alastor. She respects Alastor, goes to help him if he is in danger, and does what she is told. She is highly proficient in swordsmanship using a needle-like blade the size of her arm. She loves cockroaches. She wears a maid's uniform and has a single eye and short red hair. She is close with Husk and has the appearance and temperament of a young elementary school student. Although not an Overlord, she possesses power rivaling one. Like Alastor, Niffty has no hesitation when it comes to killing others.

When Alastor first arrived in Hell after dying as a human, she made a contract with him because he wanted to be strong. She told him to complete certain tasks before he died, but since Alastor failed, she now holds his soul. She thinks of Alastor as something of a pet, but she also cherishes him because he is very capable thanks to her. She is the leader of Cannibal Town and an Overlord. She runs a general store that sells cannibalistic human parts, such as fingers, along with other goods. She is aware of Husk, whose soul is held by Alastor, and Niffty, who follows him. She doesn't much care who Alastor contracts with, but she will not permit anything that harms her interests. She has the ability to teleport through space and repair broken objects. She is on friendly terms with Alastor, but she will not help him even if he asks unless there is a benefit for her. As a cannibal, she is a voracious eater of humans. She stands approximately 217cm tall.
