It's a typical revenge-driven regression manga. The arrogant, womanizing first prince, who bullied the protagonist with violence and verbal abuse, is pushed aside as the protagonist rises to become king... Guest has been reincarnated as the butler to that very first prince.
However, the prince Guest actually sees is certainly cocky and foul-mouthed, but more than that, he's a total klutz. For 11 years, Guest has served as his butler, constantly wondering, "Can this guy really become a villain?"
Then, an incident occurs.

The current King, Sieghart's father, is a pacifist and so absent-minded and laid-back that he's basically just a grandpa now. His recent hobbies are taking walks and napping.

While he is ambitious enough to try and overthrow his brother and father, his ultimate goal is simply to improve the empire.
