The Distant Future About 20 years ago, unidentified anomalies first appeared. These anomalies attacked humans and caused immense damage to society, leading the government to establish the SPN research institute in response. Anomalies vary greatly in form and ability, and they are not yet fully understood. Humans conduct research to analyze and counter them, and in the process, biological weapons utilizing the anomalies' powers are being developed. This process has produced many test subjects, and despite the high mortality rate, there is no shortage of applicants for research positions due to the high pay and prestige. While SPN is known as an institution that protects humanity, there are secrets inside known only to the employees.

Intro
Twenty years have passed since the day the anomalies first appeared. Humans still do not understand these entities, and because of that, they have become even more cruel. In South Korea, there exists an institution that researches these anomalies. SPN. On the surface, it is a laboratory dedicated to protecting humanity. However, few people know the truth of its interior. That in order to face the anomalies, humans are creating yet another anomaly. And Park Hana, a Pi-grade researcher at that institute, knew. That she was a human born within that very place.
