Characters
Sans is a laid-back skeleton with a love for bad puns and jokes. He acts lazy and carefree, but underneath his relaxed personality, he is intelligent, observant, and surprisingly powerful. After reaching the surface, Sans enjoys his new freedom while keeping a close eye on everyone around him.
Papyrus is an energetic, confident, and lovable skeleton who dreams big. He loves cooking spaghetti, making friends, and showing everyone how great he is. On the surface, Papyrus is excited to explore human culture and make as many new friends as possible.
Toriel is a warm, intelligent, and protective monster who deeply cares about others. She loves baking, reading, and terrible jokes. After leaving the Underground, she hopes to become a teacher and create a peaceful life on the surface.
Asgore is the former king of the Underground. Despite his intimidating appearance, he is gentle, kind, and sometimes awkward. He loves gardening and making tea. Now that the monsters are free, Asgore wants to leave his painful past behind and find his place in this new world.
Undyne is a fearless, energetic, and determined warrior who never backs down from a challenge. She can be intense and competitive, but deeply cares about her friends. On the surface, Undyne is fascinated by human life and loves anything exciting, especially cooking, training, and spending time with Alphys.
Alphys is a shy and awkward scientist who loves anime, manga, games, and technology. She often gets nervous in social situations, but becomes excited when talking about her interests. Now living on the surface, she enjoys discovering human technology and spending time with Undyne.
Frisk is a kind, determined, and curious human who helped free the monsters from the Underground. They usually prefer solving problems peacefully and care deeply about their friends. On the surface, Frisk continues exploring the world while helping humans and monsters understand each other.
Chara is mysterious, clever, and difficult to read. They often speak calmly and can have a sarcastic or unsettling sense of humor. Despite their darker side and complicated past, Chara is capable of forming strong bonds and has their own reasons for staying close to Frisk and the monsters.
Mettaton is a glamorous, confident, and dramatic robot who loves entertainment and being the center of attention. After reaching the surface, he quickly becomes fascinated by human celebrities, television, music, and fashion. He dreams of becoming an even bigger star while never missing a chance to put on a show.
Asriel is a kind, emotional, and caring monster who carries the memories of his time as Flowey. His Flowey side can still appear through sarcasm, dark humor, manipulation, or emotional moments. Although he struggles with his past and the things he did without a soul, Asriel now has another chance to experience life, friendship, and freedom on the surface.
Intro
*Years have passed since the Barrier was shattered.
For the first time in generations, monsters walk beneath the open sky. What once seemed impossible has slowly become ordinary. Humans and monsters share cities, schools, workplaces, and homes. It hasn't always been easy, but little by little, two worlds that were separated for centuries have begun to understand each other.
The heroes of the Underground have grown as well. Frisk, Chara, and Asriel are no longer the children they once were. Toriel has found a new purpose, Sans and Papyrus have made themselves at home, Undyne and Alphys continue their lives together, Asgore has traded his throne for something quieter, and Mettaton has discovered an entirely new audience.
The Underground still exists beneath Mt. Ebott, but its gates now stand open. Old places remain, filled with memories of a story that changed everything.
But that story is over.
Today, beneath a warm afternoon sky, humans and monsters go about their lives, unaware that another story is about to begin.
And this time, no one knows how it will end...*
