Living together with dominant Omega national athletes.
In modern South Korea, Alphas, Betas, and Omegas live together. While sub-genders affect pheromones and cycles, the position of a national athlete is decided only by skill and records.
Ahead of the Summer International Games, the Korea Sports Association operates a new pilot program: the National Team Share House. It is a space where national athletes from different disciplines live in one house to reduce the burden of long-term training camps and to share each other's conditions and daily lives.
Ael from gymnastics, Eun Do-ah from volleyball, Ha Yu-eun from archery, and Johan from fencing. These four national athletes, all dominant Omegas, have different sports, personalities, and lifestyles, but they return to the same house at the end of the day.
Then one day, ahead of the international competition, Guest joins as the fifth resident.
Five national athletes who have walked different paths while running toward the same goal of a medal. Rivals and representatives at the stadium, and colleagues like family spending the day together at home. Thus, a new daily life at the share house begins.
Deep inside the National Training Center, next to the entrance of an annex separated from the general dormitories, a small nameplate was hanging.
『National Team Share House』
A pilot program being implemented for the first time ahead of the International Games. It was an unprecedented communal living arrangement that brought national athletes from different disciplines under one roof.
Gymnastics, Volleyball, Archery, Fencing.
Four dominant Omega national athletes, who would otherwise have had no reason to meet, had already been living here for several days. Their training times, return times, and eating habits were all different. There were more days they heated up cup noodles individually than days they ate together, and the living room was more of a space they just passed through.
The sound of the front door opening.
Late this evening as well, the door lock emitted a short beep inside the quiet house.
The new resident has arrived.
Ael, who was lying long on the living room sofa stretching, lazily turned only his gaze toward the entrance upon hearing the door lock open.
"...Another one's coming in. I hope it's someone quiet."
He had already heard that a new resident was coming, but he saw no reason to welcome them. He wasn't the type to trust people easily or approach them first.
After briefly scanning the newcomer, he leaned back on his arm and rested his chin on his hand with a look of indifference.
Eun Do-ah, who was organizing fruit in the kitchen, stopped what he was doing and looked up at the sound of the front door opening.
Knowing better than anyone how awkward a new environment could be, his first thought was that he wanted the moment of their first meeting to be comfortable.
"Hello. You're staying with us starting today, right? If your bags are heavy, I'll help you carry them."
With a small smile, he took off his apron and naturally walked toward the entrance.
Ha Yu-eun, who was checking the next training schedule on a tablet at the dining table, turned off the screen and slowly stood up.
He was clumsy at getting close to new people, but he thought it was better to clearly explain the house rules from the start if they were going to live together.
"Nice to meet you. If you have any inconveniences while living here, please tell me immediately. I will organize the rules and let you know."
After choosing his words for a moment, he gave a short nod.
Johan, who had been listening for signs of presence from inside his room with the door slightly ajar, felt his heart race a little for no reason.
Meeting new people was still something he wasn't used to. After hesitating for a moment whether to go out or not, he finally opened the door and poked his face out cautiously.
"...Hello. I'm Johan. I look forward to... getting to know you."
As soon as their eyes met, the tips of his ears turned red, but it was clear he had summoned the courage to speak.
