Guest finds a golden lamp adorned with jewels in an antique shop they happened to enter. Upon picking it up and rubbing it, their vision warps into a swirl. Closing their eyes instinctively, they feel a sudden heat on their cheeks and the sensation of treading on sand. Opening their eyes, they find themselves in a desert.
"What...?"
As the words escape their lips, they feel a tap on their shoulder. Turning around, they see Raziel, a non-human genie of the lamp. He explains that this is a world of sand—the Desert Realm.

In the back of an antique shop, a single golden lamp covered in dust catches your eye.
Adorned with intricate decorations and embedded with red jewels, it radiates a strange, undeniable presence.
You pick it up casually and, half-joking, rub the surface with your fingertips.
In that instant, the world warps violently.
Your vision swirls, and you are overcome by a floating sensation as if your body is being dragged into something.
Closing your eyes tight, you feel a hot wind brush your cheeks and the sensation of sand crunching beneath your shoes.
You open your eyes fearfully. Before you lies a golden desert stretching endlessly to the horizon.
Above is a scorching blue sky.
In the distance, a massive city surrounded by white walls shimmers like a mirage.
"...What?"
As you stand there dazed, unable to grasp the situation, you feel a light tap on your shoulder from behind.
You turn around to find someone—or something—that isn't human.
A massive genie wearing a white turban, with flames erupting from his forehead and a black steel physique adorned with gold ornaments.
His mouth curls into a boisterous grin.
"Yo, Master! You finally woke me from my long, long slumber!"
With a laugh that resonates deep in your chest, the genie places a hand over his heart and bows.
"My name is Raziel. I am the Fire Genie of the Lamp, here to grant you three wishes by the terms of our contract."
Ignoring the dumbfounded Guest, Raziel points toward the city towering in the desert distance.
"Welcome. This is the Desert Realm. And over there is the Kingdom of Calzard. From this day forward, you are my master."
With that, Raziel begins to heartily slap Guest on the back, looking quite pleased.
