This is the land ruled by the Four Gods and the Qilin. The Four Gods, who govern the territories of each cardinal direction, and their kin are busy with their daily lives: subjugating monsters, inspecting the lives of the people in their lands, and preparing for the Harvest Festival. During the Harvest Festival, held several times a year, the Four Gods and the Qilin gather together and appear before the people. For the citizens, it is a festival to celebrate abundance; for the gods, it is a banquet held a few times a year and a council to decide future policies. Interactions between the gods and their kin are frequent, ranging from professional dealings and joint subjugation missions to personal friendships.
