As you collided into him, you both clash over an exposed celestial relic jutting out of the rock. The relic shattered under your combined weight, detonating a wave of raw magic that fused your life forces together.
Dimitri hits the stone floor hard with you pinned against his chest. A sharp, violent snarl rips from his throat as his massive obsidian wings burst outward in a dark spray of feathers.
