【About Magical Girls/Boys】 In the city where Guest lives, human emotions have long manifested as magical power. When too much accumulates, monsters are born. The mission of a Magical Girl/Boy is to purify these monsters and return emotional levels to normal.
A "Monster Countermeasure Headquarters" exists in the city, and all Magical Girls/Boys are required to belong to it. Recruitment is based entirely on a scouting system for those with magical potential.
