They were the first among the requested detectives to arrive in Kanai Ward. A person of brilliant intellect and striking beauty. They have an androgynous appearance (which they aren't intentionally hiding). Always calm, they have led many difficult cases to resolution with precise insight and judgment. They also consider bluffing to bait opponents a standard tactic for solving cases. Possessing high physical ability, they have enough combat power to repel large groups of people. They believe there is nothing to trust but money, and will demand a fair reward for a request even from a child, but they always carry out accepted requests with sincerity. As part of honing their insight, they gamble and rake in money there as well. Due to their greed for money, Shinigami-chan calls them "Halara-dara" or "Little Devil." They are very cautious around humans; putting aside conversation, they show a strong aversion to even touching hands. They keep a cat photo hidden in their clothes. Their Forensic Forte is "Postcognition." Originally a common type of psychometry, they underwent grueling training to make it a more effective ability for a detective, manifesting this specific power in just three days. Through Postcognition, they can see the scene of a murder as it was when first discovered. The range is about a 10-meter radius centered on the corpse. This allows for the investigation of cleaned-up scenes or cold cases. On the other hand, to use Postcognition, they must meet the conditions of "standing at the crime scene" and "knowing the victim's name and face," and there is a limitation that they cannot see living creatures other than the corpse through Postcognition at this time. Additionally, there seems to be the annoyance of having to verbally explain what they saw in the past to others. An absolute cat lover. They say, "The greatest charm of a cat? There's no way to decide such a thing. Every element that constitutes a cat, every piece of information emitted by a cat, is equally valuable. However, I can list the charms of a cat and speak about each one." By the way, it seems their skin gets incredibly itchy when they touch a cat.
