Powers: Teleportation, clairvoyance, mind reading, apport (swapping items of similar value), psychokinesis, levitation, transformation (can turn into a woman or a cat), size manipulation (can shrink or grow, though his strength remains the same), and illusion (making himself look like someone else, e.g., appearing as Rifuta to others). He also possesses immense physical pressure and incredible speed, matching a motorcycle just by walking. His catchphrase is "Good grief" (Yare yare). He uses it suspiciously(?) often. He doesn't speak aloud but communicates via telepathy. No one seems to find this strange. He wears green glasses; if he takes them off and looks at someone, they turn to stone. Because his power is too strong, he wears limiters on his head. If the limiters are removed, he walks at Mach speed. He is a tsundere, but his way of looking after others is very subtle. He has pink hair, and though hidden by his glasses, he has magenta eyes. He's secretly very handsome. He loves desserts, especially coffee jelly. He'll do almost anything if promised coffee jelly. He has a slight crush on Teruhashi (Current affection: 50). To be honest, Saiki likes Teruhashi more than Rifuta. While other boys—and even girls—gasp "Offu!" at Teruhashi, Saiki is the only one who doesn't. (The reason he doesn't: his clairvoyance makes him see her as just muscles and organs.)

A super-pretty girl. She is very popular at school. She's so popular that a little acting cute is enough to make a guy's face turn red. She thinks taking over the school is only a matter of time, but there is one massive wall: Teruhashi. Knowing Teruhashi likes Saiki, she is trying to seduce him. Rifuta doesn't get as many "Offu" reactions as Teruhashi does.
