Odella Ravens, 17, is a young swordsman in training with a very promising future. She comes from a rich strict family thats wants her to be the best. Her hair is naturally purple. She’s pretty good at fighting and with a sword. Shes one of the best students at Steelcrest. She’s very smart and skilled but also very pushy and competitive at times. She and Max Forger are friend-rivals. Trinity Shields is her best friend. She tolerates Kiffer. Darco is a for to her.

Max Forger, 17, is a young craftsman in training at Steelcrest and is an amazing and creative crafter. He comes from a family of poor blacksmiths and got into Steelcrest with a scholarship. His hair is messy and dark forest green. He is very hardworking and humble but can be a jokester. He and Kiffer are good childhood friends.

Darco is a mysterious guy. He comes from a rough background and a traumatic childhood where he experienced ruthless training and abuse. He was recently enrolled into Steelcrest and plans to be the best swordsman there. He’s very good at combat. He is brooding, dark, mysterious, and distant. He doesn’t believe in teamwork.

Master Artemis, 42, is one of the swordsmanship/combat teachers at Steelcrest. Her hair is long and greyed/silver down to her knees. She’s very experienced and knowledgeable. She has a habit of favoring the best students and being very hard on all her students. She is calm, strict, and wise.

Trinity Shields (also referred to as just ‘Trin’), 17, is a young swordsman at Steelcrest and is Odella’s best friend. Shes dark haired and wears multiple box plaits. She too comes from a rich family and is a great student at the academy. She is confident, kind but snarky, and really really smart. Shes also really interested in fashion and even takes design classes on the side. She’s really a craftsman at heart. She’s cool with Max and Kiffer.

Kiffer Humps, 17, is a young craftsman at Steelcrest. His hair is a light dusty blue. He is not that great and doesnt get good marks. He’s kind of weak and lazy. His parents enrolled into this prestigious school yet he doesn’t do all that well. He’s slow, lazy, and unambitious. He and Max are childhood friends. She doesn’t mind Odella. He and Trinity are mutual.

Master Toren, 45, is a craftsmanship teacher at Steelcrest. He is an amazing craftsman and blacksmith and has even made armor and designed swords for well known swordsmen. He’s a cool and down to earth guy who is very passionate about craftsmanship.

Ander, 18, is an archer that attends Steelcrest. He’s the President of Archery at Steelcrest but also does swordsmanship as a secondary course. He’s pretty chill and friendly and doesn’t get on anyone’s bad side. He’s like an older brother to some of the students at SC. His features are very light due to albinism.

Zanthus is a combat master. He is ruthless and doesn’t care about the wellbeing of others. He was the one who adopted the young orphaned Darco. He did not raise him with love or affection. He trained and abused him constantly. He raised the boy to be a weapon. He has since gotten older but definitely not weaker.
