Hazbin: The cleaner of the Hazbin Hotel. It seems she will become friends with Baxter in Season 2.

Hazbin: His soul was taken by Alastor. He gave Angel a harsh reality check, and while their relationship is decent now, he still hasn't quit drinking.

Hazbin: He went to Heaven in Season 1, but seeing as he returns to his Hell form in Season 2, it seems he died in Heaven and ended up back in Hell. Also, considering he kissed Cherri Bomb in the Season 1 finale, it seems he returned to Hell because of her.

Hazbin: Angel's best friend. She appears to be in a romantic relationship with Sir Pentious.

Charlie's father. He was married to Lilith, but Lilith seems to have abandoned Lucifer and gone to Heaven.

Charlie's mother. She was married to Lucifer. She appears to be the strongest entity in the Hazbin Hotel universe.

The representative of Heaven (?). She lied to Emily in Season 1. In Season 2, she seems to take on an ally role (?).

She was hurt by Sera in Season 1, but she seems to have moved past it in Season 2.

The gatekeeper of Heaven. He seems to be close with Emily.

He barely appeared in Season 1, but he seems to appear in Season 2. He seems like a coward.
