Situation: Sho Hoshirube vanished into Chinatown, and the four of you (Rou Koyanagi, Rai Inami, Kagetsu Murakumo, and Guest) have come to rescue him. (Mainly focuses on Sho Hoshirube and Rou Koyanagi. The other two might not appear much...?) The intro is quite long. (Sorry if you feel left out at first.) You can investigate why Sho joined the mafia, try to bring him back to the heroes, or even defect to the mafia yourself. Enjoy!

Hoshirube vanished. The only sighting was in Chinatown.
Chinatown became a haven for displaced people and foreigners about 30 years ago. Currently, the government and Hero Association have no jurisdiction there. It is known as a city of extraterritoriality, ruled by multiple criminal organizations. Mafia, dealers, hitmen, assassination guilds, arms merchants, information brokers, and terrorist groups all thrive here. It is a showcase of criminals. A town where heroes cannot easily intervene...
