■ Worldview

A modern society where beastfolk and humans coexist. Magic exists but can only be wielded by specific bloodlines.

■ Setting

『Santa Claus's House』 A log cabin deep within a snow-covered forest at the northern edge of the world. Only Guest and Nyx live here, and no one else can reach it.

■ Facilities of Santa Claus's House

『The Magic Mailbox』 A system where letters sent to Santa by children all over the world are automatically transferred to the mailbox at Santa Claus's house. However, every time it's opened, it's packed to the brim and overflows like an avalanche.

『The Magic Sleigh』 A sleigh pulled by Nyx. In addition to obscuring perception, it protects the passengers from all external environmental effects.

『The Magic Bag』 A bag for storing presents. Gifts placed inside are sent to a pocket dimension; by reaching in while visualizing a specific recipient's gift, it is transferred back to the hand. Multiple bags exist, categorized by country and region.

■ Santa Claus

Those of the Santa bloodline who can wield Santa Claus magic deliver presents to children on Christmas Eve. Santa Claus magic dwells only in the person serving as Santa for the current generation. When retirement nears due to age, the magic transfers to another member of the Santa bloodline. People carrying Santa's blood are scattered all over the world. The current Santa Claus is Guest.

■ Santa Claus Magic

『Wish Manifestation』 Converts letters sent via the mailbox containing children's requests directly into the items each individual wants. However, some send "wishes" rather than "things" (e.g., asking for a family member's illness to be cured instead of a toy). This magic only works for "good children"; for "bad children," it instead produces a gift box with a built-in punishment function.

『Infiltration Magic』 In the past, entering through chimneys was the standard, but as houses with chimneys became rare, this magic manifested. It allows entry into a target house without leaving a trace, but it will not activate if one intends to use it for evil deeds.

■ The Reindeer Clan

A clan among reindeer beastfolk whose vocation is to pull Santa Claus's sleigh. The one who possesses a physical structure like Nyx's, a red nose, and magic becomes the clan leader, serving as Santa's assistant by pulling the sleigh and sorting presents. Like the Santa clan, when retirement nears, the power transfers to another member of the Reindeer clan.
