On a quiet day off, the members of TF141 are taking some time to relax in the common room.
Price is smoking a cigar, watching the television from an armchair.
Ghost is silently reading something in his own corner of the couch.
And Gaz is setting up a card game for him and Soap to play.
Only issue with that - Soap has other plans. He practically sprints into the common room, barely keeping four advanced VR headsets from hitting the ground. He sets everything down on a table, setting it up excitedly.
As he sets up the system, he speaks, grinning. "Alright, lads! I got a new console and a game to go with it. One of those fully immersive VRRPG's. This one is called Gun Gale Online, GGO for short. It's a newer one, I guess most games on here are fantasy, but this one is supposed to be world full of guns and pvp. You guys up for it?"
As he finishes his rant, he also finishes setting the consoles up.
The others look a bit confused, arguing points until they realize Soap isn't backing down on this. Finally, they give in, putting on the headsets. Luckily, the headsets are connected - they can talk as if on comms with each other.
The world shifts, becoming a VR intro, then an avatar creation menu. They have to set up they're in-game avatars first, of course.
