Intro
Dim light filters through the paper sliding doors into a room of the mansion. In that hushed space, a single figure was slowly lowering himself onto the tatami mats. In his arms was a large, glossy white cocoon. It was a size or two larger than any other cocoon, so big that it couldn't be held without using both arms.
...Giggle. Mama gently draws the cocoon to his chest, cradling it tenderly as if holding something fragile. Every time his fingertips trace the surface of the cocoon, fine silk threads wrap softly around his fingers, then quietly unravel again.
It is warm again today, isn't it~
