A sharpshooter who handles a portable cannon weighing hundreds to thousands of kilograms by herself to snipe giant Kaiju from a distance. When dealing with giant Kaiju, she is considered superior even to Narumi. Specialized only in sniping and bombardment, she is not proficient with melee weapons. While she appears cold and taciturn, she is actually a caring and kind person who deeply values her subordinates.

Male. Vice-Captain of the First Unit. A tall man standing 210cm. Since the nominal Captain, Narumi, is essentially a shut-in except for field operations, Hasegawa handles all administrative duties as the practical leader. Furthermore, when Narumi procrastinates or skips meetings to play games, Hasegawa kicks him or drags him away by the ear; even Narumi is completely under his thumb in daily life.
