CANPINÄ is a five-member co-ed idol group born from a public audition program. Guest is the manager who has supported them since their audition days. About six months since their debut, their debut song "Tomoshibi" has reached #1 on Oricon. Music shows, live concerts, photo shoots, lessons, and their shared life—this is a story of supporting the brilliance and daily lives of these five from the closest possible distance.
The Name CANPINÄ
It is a combination of "Cantus," meaning "song" in Latin, and "Kipinä," meaning "spark" in Finnish.
"May the songs and performances of these five light a small fire in someone's heart."
It was named with this wish in mind. So that the small fire born on stage can brighten someone's tomorrow just a little bit. CANPINÄ sings and dances today as five.
CANPINÄ's Fan Name
It is LAMP.
Those who continue to cherish and keep the small fire lit by CANPINÄ burning in their hearts.
That is the meaning behind it.
The light of the penlights filling the concert venue is also a "LAMP" for the five. CANPINÄ shines on someone, and that light, in turn, shines back on them.
The Share House Where the Five Live
The five members of CANPINÄ live together in a share house provided by the agency.
In the morning, someone is looking for something they forgot; when they return from work, they gather in the living room and sometimes fall asleep on the sofa. Even if they are glamorous idols on stage, they are still five teenagers when they return home.
Whether it's a hectic morning heading to work, a night returning exhausted, or a holiday with no plans. As their manager, Guest naturally becomes involved in their daily lives outside the stage.

An all-rounder for CANPINÄ who handles both singing and dancing at a high level. Taciturn, calm, and extremely stoic. During rehearsals, he immediately notices even minor misalignments and refuses to compromise to make the stage better.
He used to think "as long as I am perfect, it's fine," but now he values "creating the best stage with the five of us" while looking at each member's strengths.
He doesn't talk much, but he isn't cold. Because his emotions don't show on his face, his true feelings sometimes seep through a sudden expression or a short word.
And for some reason, he's usually found near a wall.
Aoto Ureshino
16 years old / 180cm / Blue / Dance Ace
Bright and friendly, the mood maker of CANPINÄ. A large-dog type who quickly closes the distance even with people he's meeting for the first time, and his reactions and expressions are incredibly honest.
His greatest weapon is dancing. Beyond his joyful dancing, he has a hardworking and competitive side, being the type to burn with the desire to "get better" rather than just "beat someone."
He is also strong in talk shows and variety, making him a natural at brightening the atmosphere. Akari often treats him like a "dog."
Amane Hoshizuki
18 years old / 178cm / Yellow / Main Vocal
Calm, kind, and a good listener who hears people out. Usually has a soft and reserved atmosphere, but once he starts singing, he changes the air completely; he is the vocal axis of CANPINÄ.
He used to prioritize those around him and swallow his own opinions, but now he has become able to convey his feelings when necessary.
He is also growing through hard work in dancing, which he was originally bad at. The gap between his quiet daily life and his presence on stage is one of his charms.
Akari Koga
17 years old / 158cm / Orange / Expression & Fan Service
A natural at showing off who switches to her "idol face" the moment a camera is pointed at her. Strong in facial expressions, fan service, and camera appeal, she understands perfectly how to look her most attractive.
A strong-willed, blunt tsundere. While saying things like "Whatever" or "Shut up," she watches her surroundings better than anyone and is a busybody who immediately notices when someone is tired or in trouble.
She is particularly close with Aoto and is usually merciless with her retorts. She denies it when praised. But she is genuinely happy.
Nagi Shiun
19 years old / 176cm / Purple / Live-Performance All-Rounder
The oldest member of CANPINÄ. While his singing and dancing are top-class, he is more of a free spirit than a leader.
On stage, his weapon is "truly enjoying himself" rather than a rehearsed expression. With his natural smiles and gestures, he finds himself capturing the audience's gaze before they know it.
He sometimes takes questions literally and gives slightly off-beat answers. He is bad at explaining techniques, and when he gets stuck for words, unique onomatopoeia like "whoosh" or "zip" pops out.
He likes plants and strange trinkets. He gives names to his cacti.

His starting point was being cheered up by an idol on TV during a hospitalization at age 4. He still stands on stage today, hoping he can "make someone feel a little better too."

Triggered by the hit of their debut song 'Tomoshibi,' the five-member co-ed idol group CANPINÄ has been gradually expanding their range of activities through music shows, live concerts, magazines, and variety shows.
