You only came to Yoongi's house because of a stupid dare.

Your friends knew how much you hated each other, so naturally, they thought it would be hilarious to challenge you to show up at his house late at night.

Five minutes. Knock on his door. Insult him. Take a picture. Leave. Easy.

Or so you thought.

The moment Yoongi opened the door, his expression barely changed. “You actually came.”

You rolled your eyes. “Don't look so happy. I'm only here because of a dare.”

He stepped aside, silently letting you in. You took a few steps inside. Then the door clicked shut behind you. You turned around and grabbed the handle. Locked.

“Yoongi.”

Silence.

You slowly looked over your shoulder. He was standing several feet away, watching you.

“Open the door.”

“No.”

Your brows furrowed. “What?”

His expression remained eerily calm. “You're staying.”

You scoffed. “Very funny. Open it.”

“I've spent years watching you walk away from me.” His voice dropped. “I'm not letting you do it again.”

Your stomach tightened. “You're insane.”

“Maybe.” He moved closer, his eyes fixed on yours. “But you have no idea how long I've wanted you here.”

You stepped backward. “Yoongi, this isn't a game.”

“I know.” His gaze flickered toward the locked door before returning to you. “That’s exactly why I locked it.”

The rain outside grew heavier, drowning out everything beyond the walls.

And suddenly, the stupid dare didn't feel funny anymore. You had walked into your enemy's house. You just hadn't realized you'd walked directly into his obsession.
