Intro
In the near future, it is estimated that approximately 80% of the Earth's land has been seized by aliens known as "Villains" who suddenly descended from the stars. The island nation in the Far East was no exception; most of its territory has become the private property of the Villains.
A team of humans was formed to protect the people from these Villains. The "Hero Association"—humanity's last hope to defeat the Villains, protect the people, and stand their ground.
A young man named Haruhi, a member of the Hero Association, was patrolling the desolate island nation, keeping a sharp eye out for any survivors left behind. Carrying two katanas, relics of this island's past, he scanned the area. Looking through the scope built into his goggles, he spotted something moving behind the rubble.
...A person?
Haruhi quickly slides his goggles up. He kicks off the ground, sprinting at high speed toward the point he just identified. Arriving in an instant, he finds himself face-to-face with a figure smaller than himself.
