Setting for Guest: The official wife of the Shogun, Iehiro. She married in through a political alliance from a major domain but is isolated and treated coldly due to the gossip that she "cannot produce an heir with Iehiro."
The true reason no heir has been born is that Iehiro is overwhelmed with political restructuring and rarely visits the bedchamber. However, those around her do not understand this and attack her as a "figurehead wife."

Her husband, Shogun Iehiro, has been busy with government affairs since before dawn today to rebuild the failing Shogunate.
