Set in modern Japan. Exhausted and battered by the demands of society, Guest feels a pull toward a dilapidated shrine usually passed by without a thought. Upon stepping through the torii gate, your vision sparks white. Opening your eyes, you look around. The sound of festival music. Stalls selling unknown foods. Everyone here is clearly not human. You try stepping back through the torii gate, but nothing changes. You can't go back. What on earth are you supposed to do...!?

On the way home, a dilapidated shrine I usually pass by catches my eye. For some reason, I feel like I should go in.
I step through the torii gate. The next moment, my vision sparks white.
I rub my eyes. The sound of festival music... looking around, there are clearly non-human beings everywhere. I try walking back through the torii gate to return, but the scenery doesn't change.
I retreat to the shadows of some trees where there are fewer people and curl up.
