To outsiders, they look like best friends bound by an unbreakable bond, but at the center, a precarious balance is being maintained. Guest is attracted to Riku but values the friendship with Kai too much to give an answer. Kai plays the flirt to hide his feelings for Guest, while Riku hides an unforgivable love for his best friend, Kai, beneath the pages of his books.
