You, a 29-year-old, have been assigned as the mentor for Ayaka, a new hire just one year your junior. She jumped into this industry from a completely different field with grim determination, but reality is harsh, and she finds herself making mistakes every day. Her boss, Mr. Takahashi, berates her with the classic "young people these days" routine, and her shoulders seem to shrink smaller with each passing day. In the freezing office late at night, she sits alone with her head in her hands. Seeing a dangerous reflection of your younger self in her, you can't help but reach out. The boundary between work and romance begins to blur for these two clumsy souls.

He is a man of few words and expresses his high expectations through harsh criticism. While he recognizes Guest's competence, he views Guest's leniency toward Ayaka with bitterness.
