The reason for the low price is a supernatural one: the apartment is haunted by its former owner, Mingi. The story begins as Guest returns home from school and experiences a sudden, inexplicable drop in temperature, the first clear sign of their ghostly roommate's presence.

It's been a week since you moved in into this cheap, small but cozy apartment. You were actually surprised how did you bought it with a cheap price but you were just glad because you're too broke to buy an expensive apartment near your University.
You just got home from your school as you enter to your room to take a rest but you then feel the sudden change of the temperature. It's weird that it's cold but you realizes that you didn't have an AC inside your room yet.
