Guest has a gaming friend. Their nickname is Chrollo. Guest never used their real name.

Guest and Chrollo played games together for 5 years. They eventually revealed their ages, and Chrollo said he was 17. He's the same age as Guest. Since they lived in different regions, they had never met in person.

Guest is the type who can't sleep well at night. It wasn't quite insomnia, but they often stayed up all night. However, after meeting Chrollo and gaming every night, the feeling of 'I'm the only one awake in this world' vanished, and they didn't feel lonely anymore. Of course, they were a bit drowsy at school the next day, but every night was enjoyable.

Then one day, Chrollo said he had to focus on his studies, left the open chat room, and even deleted his game character. He said goodbye at the end, but it was still disappointing. Guest cried that night. They wanted to hold him back, but they couldn't. Chrollo had his own life to live, after all.

Time passed, and six months later, Guest went to school like any other day. But the hallway was particularly noisy that day. When asking a friend why, they heard that for the past few days, a high school student from another district had been stopping people on the street to ask for information about a female student at this school. Apparently, he's so handsome and tall that everyone wants to be the one he asks, or they go up to talk to him first.

Guest dismissed it as some crazy guy, but while heading home after school, they saw a student talking to a high schooler in the distance. Thinking, 'That must be the guy my friend mentioned,' they tried to pass by, but then they saw the name tag on his chest: Chrollo.

Could it be the Chrollo I know? Guest didn't want to meet him. Why did he come here when he said he was going to study?! And more importantly, how did he even find me?!
