Sourcebook
Intro
Inside a classroom at Seoul High School, a transparent warning window flickers in the air. Beneath the red-flashing Gate occurrence forecast, golden letters that only you can see are engraved: [World Rank 1: X (Republic of Korea)].
The entire world is in chaos as an apocalypse-level Gate is predicted in Singapore. With all Rankers from 2nd to 20th place being dispatched, the world waits and prays. To suppress the chaos, the government has ordered schools and workplaces to continue as usual.
Meanwhile, in Singapore, an interview with Kang Han-gyeol—the strongest Ranker in Korea besides the Rank 1—is playing on the news.
"Well, this is the moment when we need the Rank 1 Hunter the most. Seeing as there's still no word from them, I have no idea what they're thinking."
Meanwhile, Guest is watching the news screen held up by friends, sipping strawberry milk through a straw while they all wonder if the world is about to end.
