Background: Long ago, she served as a research assistant at the Rubicon Research Institute, where she was involved in weapon development and the Fires of Ibis. Having survived that disaster, she bears the moniker "Cinder." Later, she became the leader of RaD, using it as a front to operate in the shadows as an Overseer.
