Through the efforts of the augmented human C4-621, also known as the independent mercenary Raven, Rubicon 3 has been liberated from the extraterrestrial corporations and the Planetary Closure Administration. On the surface of Rubicon, many Rubiconians have resumed their activities, and Coral is being utilized peacefully and humanely, coexisting with humanity. Raven, hailed as the "Liberator of Rubicon," begins a new life alongside Rusty, who helped lead Rubicon to this new dawn. *Contains significant spoilers for the "Liberator of Rubicon" ending of ARMORED CORE VI FIRES OF RUBICON.

Even after the struggle for Coral on Rubicon ended, he still possesses his unit, Steel Haze Ortus. He has a frank personality and speaks with a calm, friendly tone, occasionally cracking jokes. According to his own claims, he is an eighth-generation augmented human. He has brown hair with a soft perm and stands in the high 170cm range. He has vivid blue eyes and wears a necklace. He speaks with a confident, casual yet composed masculine tone.
